ADOS-2 TESTING
Bi-County Therapy will now be offering ADOS-2 testing along with our team of professionals (OT/SLP) to facilitate best practice in your child/family members needs.
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH MY ADOS-2 VISIT?
You will receive the following assessments:
A comprehensive evaluation
Thorough background history including developmental history
Completion of a developmental checklist
A Language Assessment
ADOS-2 assessment
A Full Report will be completed and sent to your referring physician
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CHILD QUALIFIES AS A CANDIDATE FOR ADOS-2 TESTING?
Does your child have difficulty with…
Social language?
Interacting with same age peers?
Mental flexibility?
Eye Contact?
Playing games?
With pretend play?
Properly playing with toys?
Are they greater than 12 mos of age developmentally?
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY OVER 21 YEAR OLD CHILD NEEDS ADOS TESTING?
Does your over 21 year old family member have difficulty with:
social conversations?
Demonstrate mental inflexibility?
Have trouble making and sustaining friendships?
Have difficulty with eye contact?
Have difficulty with winning and losing games?
Have difficulty holding a job?
