PICKY EATING IMPAIRS DEVELOPMENT

Many children have difficulty expanding their food repertoire. Eating different foods contributes to proper nutrition, brain health and milestone development.

BRAIN DEVELOPMENT NEEDS CARBOHYDRATES

Did you know that children need 100 grams of carbohydrates to develop adequate brain growth?

FOOD CHOICES ARE A FAMILY MATTER

Family is the most important support system for children with feeding aversions. Each support person will have their role in increasing food repertoire.

FOOD CONTRIBUTES TO "GUT AND BRAIN" INTERACTIONS

The gut is a large part of the digestive system populated by the foods you eat with millions of different microbes. These microbes affect the brain and development.
